I've seen one or two of these posts around on other blogs and loved reading them. I really love perfume, and though I don't own a huge collection, the ones I do own I really treasure!

Daisy was given to me as a gift over a year ago, and I still have half of this 100ml bottle left. This version of Daisy is described as "Daisy all dressed up". It's a rich scent comprising "luscious Wild Strawberries, and vintage Violet, Gardenia and Jasmine blooms". I have to say I don't really get all the perfume lingo (top notes, middle notes etc?) but this one sure is lovely. It's not overly "feminine" which I love. It's the scent I go to for evenings out or when I'm feeling particularly grown up!
Princess Night by Vera Wang was bought for me last Valentines Day by the boyfriend and has just been replaced this Christmas! I LOVE this perfume. It's the one I wear daily as although it's sweet it's still quite light. Described as exotic jasmine petals with watermelon, raspberry, vanilla and crushed sugar... it sounds almost as delicious as it smells! The body lotion is equally gorgeous. This is my "girly" perfume!
Dot by Marc Jacobs was one of my main Christmas gifts this year. This amazing 100ml bottle came in a gorgeous box set with the body lotion included. Perfect for layering up and helping the perfume last all day! This one is such a fresh perfume. This one is definitely more for Spring/Summer to me as it's light, playful and clean. Described with top notes of red berry and dragon fruit, with vanilla, orange blossom and coconut water... mmm! This one again is not overly feminine and more a fruity fragrance than floral I think (which I always prefer).
I think I'd like a 4th perfume for my birthday however. I love discovering new ones and building up a collection to suit my mood! What is your current favourite/recommendation?

I also got Dot for Christmas, and I love it! I have quite a few perfumes - I like to alternate :) I particularly love my Abercrombie & Fitch perfume, and Davidoff Cool Water..oh and Marc Jacobs Lola :) xx

Pretty much all of my favourite fragrances! Marc Jacobs perfumes are so good and the bottles are gorgeous and the Vera Wang one have been on my wish list for ages! For a light everyday one, Clinique Happy Heart is really nice too

ReplyDeleteI love Marc Jacob perfumes, I've never seen this version of Daisy before! I love The Beat by Burberry, I think the bottle is quite cool and the ad campaign when it was released was great (Agyness Deyn was in it...I miss her!) xxx
